How to organize a PDF
- Open your PDF. Drop it onto the box above, or click to choose a file.
- Preview. Click any thumbnail to load that page in the viewer above. Zoom in with +, out with −, or press Fit to reset.
- Reorder pages. Drag one thumbnail or a multi-selection to a new position. A blue line shows where it will land.
- Select multiple pages. Click each page you want to add to the selection. Click it again to remove it. Every click toggles that one page.
- Rotate, duplicate or delete. Hover a page and use the icons in the top-right corner. On mobile they are always visible.
- Add blank pages. Select a page, click Blank page to insert one after it. With nothing selected, the blank page is added at the end.
- Add pages from another PDF. Click Add PDF, pick a file, and its pages are appended. Drag them wherever you like.
- Save. Click Save organized PDF.
Built-in viewer with zoom
The top panel shows a full-size preview of the page you clicked. Use the ← and → buttons to step through pages, or the + / − buttons to zoom. The Fit button snaps the page to fit both the width and height of the viewer. When you zoom past the viewer's size, the page scrolls inside the panel — it never spills outside its box.
Selecting multiple pages
Click any page to add it to the selection. Click it again to remove it. There is no range selection — clicking page 1 and then page 9 selects exactly those two, not everything in between. This makes it easy to pick arbitrary pages that aren't next to each other.
Once you have a selection, drag any selected page — the whole group moves together to wherever you drop it, keeping their relative order.
The current selection count is shown above the grid. Click Clear selection to deselect everything, or press Escape.
What you can do
Reorder pages
Drag any page or group of pages to reorder. Works for fixing an out-of-order scan, putting a signed page first, or rearranging a report.
Rotate pages
Click ↻ to rotate 90° clockwise. Rotation is a page-level instruction, so the underlying content stays untouched.
Duplicate pages
The ⧉ icon adds a copy of that page immediately after it. Useful for repeating a form, or keeping a signed copy alongside an unsigned one.
Delete pages
Click × to remove a page. Press Delete with pages selected to remove them all at once.
Insert blank pages
Select a page, then click Blank page. Blank pages use the same size as the reference page.
Merge pages from other PDFs
Click Add PDF to append another PDF's pages. Drag them anywhere in the current order.
Why organize in your browser
Everything runs on your device. The PDFs are read, reordered and rewritten inside the page. Nothing is uploaded. This makes the tool safe for contracts, bank statements and ID documents.
Page previews use pdf.js, the output is built with pdf-lib. Both run entirely in your browser, and the tool works offline after the first load.
Does organizing reduce quality?
No. Pages you keep are copied exactly as they are — fonts, images, links and form fields all carry through byte-for-byte. Rotation is stored as a page-level instruction. There is no re-compression.
Common questions
Is this PDF organizer free?
Yes. Completely free, no page limit, no watermarks, no account required.
Are my PDFs uploaded to a server?
No. Every operation happens in your browser. Your PDFs never leave your device.
Can I select multiple pages and move them together?
Yes. Click each page individually to add it to the selection, then drag any selected page to move the whole group. No range selection — every click toggles one page.
Does zooming the viewer change the file?
No. Zoom only affects the on-screen preview. The file is written only when you click Save.
Can I add blank pages between existing pages?
Yes. Select a page, click Blank page, and the blank page is inserted immediately after it.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. Tap each page to toggle it in the selection, and use the ↑ ↓ buttons under each page to reorder.
