How to use the case converter
Paste your text into the box above. Two ways to work with it:
- Case buttons — click any button and the text in the box is replaced with the new case. Use this when you want to chain transformations or edit the result further.
- Live preview — every case is shown below the buttons, updated as you type. Click any row to copy that specific result directly to your clipboard, leaving the original text untouched.
Your text is saved automatically to this browser — refresh the page and it comes back. Press Clear to start over.

Why use this tool?
Unlike online case converters that upload your text to a server, this one runs entirely in your browser. Your text never leaves your device. It works offline after the first visit.
Common questions
Is the case converter free?
Yes. It is free, has no character limit and runs entirely in your browser.
Does my text leave my device?
No. All conversions happen locally in your browser.
What is the difference between Title Case and Smart Title Case?
Title Case capitalises every word. Smart Title Case keeps short articles and conjunctions like a, an, the, and, of, to lowercase unless they are the first or last word — the convention used by most publishers.
Can I see all cases at once?
Yes. The Live preview panel below the buttons shows every transformation of your text simultaneously. Click any row to copy that result.
What is toggle case used for?
It flips the case of every letter. Typing in ALL CAPS by accident? Toggle it to get sentence-like output. Or use it to fix text pasted from a source that had its caps locked.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. The buttons, the preview panel and the clipboard integration all work on modern mobile browsers.
Is my text saved if I close the tab?
Yes. The current text is stored in this browser's local storage and restored when you return.
